Plasma treatment was conducted to modify the outer-and inner-layer surfaces of bambooin a multi-factor experiment, where the surface contact angles and surface energy were measured, followed by investigation on the surface microstructure and functional groups using a scanningelectron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), respectively. The result showed that when the power of the gliding arc plasma treatment was 1000 W while the bamboo surface was 3 cm away from the nozzle of the plasma thrower in the plasma flame, the contact angles of the outer-and inner-layer surfaces decreased, whereas the surface energy increased as afunction of the treatment time.
本研究采用多因素实验设计,通过等离子体处理对竹子的内外层表面进行改性。实验过程中,首先测定了试样的表面接触角与表面能,随后分别借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对表面微观结构及表面官能团进行表征分析。结果显示,当滑动弧等离子体处理功率设定为1000 W,且竹材表面距离等离子火焰中的等离子喷枪喷嘴3 cm时,竹子内外层表面的接触角均出现下降,而表面能则随处理时间的延长呈上升趋势。
