In order to study the changes of MicroRNAs(miRNA) expression profile in <em>Apis cerana</em> larvae infected with CSBV, the function of differential miRNAs (DEmiRNAs) in <em>Apis cerana</em> larvae responding to CSBV was investigated. In this study, Illumina high-throughput sequencing of <em>Apis cerana</em> larvae in infected CSBV 24h and 48h,analyzed DEmiRNAs and its target genes by bioinformatics software, and performed GO functional annotation and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. The sequencing results were validated by RT-qPCR.

为研究感染蜜蜂慢性瘫痪病毒（CSBV）的中华蜜蜂（<em>Apis cerana</em>）幼虫的微小RNA（MicroRNAs，miRNA）表达谱变化，本研究探讨了差异表达miRNA（DEmiRNAs）在中华蜜蜂幼虫应对CSBV侵染过程中的功能。本研究对感染CSBV 24小时与48小时的中华蜜蜂幼虫开展Illumina高通量测序，通过生物信息学软件分析差异表达miRNA及其靶基因，并进行GO功能注释与KEGG通路富集分析；最后采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-qPCR）对测序结果进行验证。
