Data compiled from NOAA's ARM research facility. Meteorological data taken from Utqiagvik, Alaska between January 1988 and July 2022. The minute data was used to obtain gust_time, the number of minutes in the hour above a wind speed threshold of 10 m/s, and combined with the hourly data.

本数据集编译自美国国家海洋和大气管理局（NOAA，National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration）的大气辐射测量（ARM，Atmospheric Radiation Measurement）研究设施。所用气象数据采集自美国阿拉斯加州乌特恰维克（Utqiagvik），时间跨度为1988年1月至2022年7月。研究采用分钟级原始数据计算阵风时长（gust_time）——即每小时内风速超过10 m/s阈值的分钟数，并将该指标与小时级气象数据进行整合。
