The transcriptome analysis of synovium-infiltrating regulatory T cells in collagen-induced arthritis model

This study aimed to understand the characteristics of synovium-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Treg) during arthritis. Treg cells were collected from the synovium and draining lymph nodes of arthritic mice. Treg cells of control draining lymph nodes were also subjected to the study. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 1) synovial Tregs of arthritic mice (N = 3), 2) draining lymph node Tregs of arthritic mice (N = 3), 3) draining lymph node Tregs of control mice (N = 3).
