Purpose: Understanding the regulatory role of Sre1 in Cryptococcus neoformans. Methods: The transcriptome profiles of the wild-type and sre1 mutant were generated by RNA-seq using Illumina Hiseq. The transcriptome profile of the sre1 mutant was compared with that of the wild-type strain.
