Effect of infection with Piscirickettsia salmonis on the gut microbiome of rainbow trout

The objective of this study was to analyze the composition, functions and interactions of the bacterial community present in the intestine of trout infected and uninfected with P. salmonis, by sequencing and bioinformatic analysis.
