Traffic situation Hamburg

The dataset contains the traffic situation in real time (updated every 5 minutes) on the Hamburg road network and on larger roads in the direct Hamburg surroundings as well as on the motorways passing through Hamburg south to Lüneburg, Hanover and Bremen and north to Itzehoe, Flensburg and Lübeck. The traffic situation is divided into 4 condition classes, from condition class 1, flowing traffic (green) to condition class 2, dense traffic (orange) and condition class 3, tough traffic (red) to condition class 4, jammed traffic (dark red). If there is no data permanently or temporarily for individual segments, no traffic situation is displayed. The traffic situation is determined by means of a speed index (GI). This is calculated from the current speed divided by the speed with free traffic flow. The classification into the status classes is based on the following specifications: Condition class 1: GI > 0,7, Condition class 2: GI >= 0.4, Condition class 3: GI >= 0.2, Condition class 4: GI < 0.2 The basis of the traffic situation display is floating car data of the company INRIX, which is provided by TraffGo Road GmbH.本数据集涵盖汉堡道路网、汉堡直接周边区域的主干道，以及途经汉堡的高速公路的实时交通状况，数据每5分钟更新一次；这些高速公路向南延伸至吕讷堡、汉诺威与不来梅，向北则通往伊策霍埃、弗伦斯堡和吕贝克。 该交通状况被划分为4个状态等级：1级为畅通车流（对应绿色标识），2级为密集车流（橙色标识），3级为拥堵车流（红色标识），4级为严重拥堵车流（暗红色标识）。 若单个路段存在永久或临时的数据缺失，则不显示该路段的交通状况。 交通状况通过速度指数（Speed Index, GI）进行判定，该指数由当前行驶速度除以自由流状态下的行驶速度计算得出。各状态等级的划分依据如下标准： 1级：GI＞0.7； 2级：GI≥0.4； 3级：GI≥0.2； 4级：GI＜0.2。 本数据集的交通状况展示基于INRIX公司的浮动车数据，该数据由TraffGo Road GmbH提供。
