Operators of small CHP plants according to Kraft- Wärmecoplungsgesetz (KWK-G), whose annual feed-in work is less than 100.000 kWh, which feed directly into the low-voltage distribution network of general supply, do not require, unless otherwise agreed, a quarterly recording power measurement. It includes holidays and weekends.
