PTM-SNP

A new database called PTM-SNP was developed which contains a comprehensive collection of human nsSNPs that affect PTM sites, together with disease information. PTM-SNP can provide an insight about discovering important PTMs involved in the diseases easily through the web site.

本研究构建了一款名为PTM-SNP的新型数据库，该数据库全面收录了可影响蛋白质翻译后修饰（Post-translational Modification，PTM）位点的人类非同义单核苷酸多态性（non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism，nsSNP），并附带相关疾病信息。使用者可通过该数据库的网页端，便捷地探索与疾病相关的关键蛋白质翻译后修饰位点。
