Supporting data - Interplay of spin–orbit coupling and superconducting correlations in germanium telluride thin film

The data for each figure is placed in a separate folder. Each data set consists of three files (file, fileHdr, and fileSD) - the first contains the raw data, the second contains the communications programme with the instruments, and the third contains 'Status data', i.e., data collected at the beginning of each variable sweep in fileHdr. Only 'file' is required to reproduce the figures, the others provide metadata and information about the experiment.

每张图表对应的数据均存放于独立文件夹中。每个数据集包含三个文件（file、fileHdr与fileSD）：第一个文件存储原始数据，第二个文件存储与仪器通信的程序，第三个文件存储状态数据（Status data），即fileHdr中每次变量扫描起始阶段采集的数据。仅需'file'文件即可复现所有图表，其余文件仅提供实验相关的元数据与实验信息。
