Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is often accompanied by cardiovascular pathologies, leading to the development of systemic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, and respiratory failure. This study comprehensively evaluated the clinical efficacy of statins, functional parameters, the degree of respiratory failure, as well as changes in inflammatory biomarkers (CRP, IL-6, TNF-α) and lipid profile.
