资源简介:
This study delves into the analysis of films capable of leaving a profound impact on viewers' minds. Specifically focusing on "El Presidente" and "Lumayo ka nga sa Akin," the researchers identified their potential to evoke strong emotional responses from audiences. Employing a descriptive qualitative design, the study categorized variables into free (watching and listening) and unfree (Themes, Theories, and Skills). The findings revealed thematic elements, theoretical frameworks, and skill development in each film. In "El Presidente," themes of freedom emerged, with corresponding theories emphasizing patriotism and empathy, while skills included mental, emotional, and social efficacy. Conversely, "Lumayo ka nga sa Akin" depicted themes of revenge, supported by theories highlighting resilience and empathy, and skills fostering mental, emotional, and social efficacy. To disseminate these insights, the researchers developed teaching materials in the form of a mini booklet for the respondents.
