Temelin NPP 3 & 4

On the occasion of the extension of the Temelin nuclear power plant, two bilateral consultation meetings were held within the framework of the transboundary environmental impact assessment procedure. These dealt with the environmental impact statement and the technical opinion drawn up on behalf of the Ministry of Life by the Austrian Energy Agency and the Austrian Ecology Institute. The Federal Environment Agency supervises the procedure in terms of content and organisation. The consultation report describes the extent to which the outstanding issues discussed in the consultation meetings have been addressed and makes recommendations that should be taken into account in further procedural steps. Priority was given to analysing potential cross-border effects of the project.为配合特梅林（Temelin）核电站的扩建工程，在跨界环境影响评估（transboundary environmental impact assessment）程序框架内召开了两次双边磋商会议。会议审议了由奥地利能源署（Austrian Energy Agency）与奥地利生态研究所（Austrian Ecology Institute）受生命部委托编制的环境影响报告书及技术意见书。联邦环境署（Federal Environment Agency）负责从内容与组织层面监管该评估程序的推进。本次磋商报告阐述了磋商会议中讨论的未决议题的解决进展，并为后续程序步骤提出了需予以考量的建议。本次分析优先聚焦于该项目潜在的跨界影响。
