资源简介:
Co-inoculation of Bradyrhizobium with ILBB592 improved plant P, N, and K uptake, with and without P fertilization. Nodule, shoot dry weight and yield were also improved although effect on yield was not statistically significant. Phosphorus agronomic efficiency was enhanced in both years when combining P fertilization with seed co-inoculation. P fertilization alone showed some effect on nodules dry weight and yield on the second year, suggesting a sufficient P level was obtained after repeated fertilizations. Bacterial diversity was increased by co-inoculation with ILBB44 and ILBB592, and the number of predicted genes related with P cycling in the rhizospheric soils was also augmented
