Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi (S. Typhi) is a major bacteria responsible for foodborne illnesses. This study employed an integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic approach to investigate the response of macrophages infected with S. Typhi over a defined stage (0 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, and 24 h). RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was used to profile gene expression changes, while untargeted metabolomics characterized metabolic shifts. Gene set enrichment and pathway analyses were conducted to identify key immune and metabolic pathways.

伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi,简称S. Typhi)是引发食源性疾病的重要病原菌。本研究采用转录组学与代谢组学联合分析策略,探究巨噬细胞感染S. Typhi后在预设时间节点(0 h、2 h、4 h、8 h及24 h)的应答反应。研究通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术分析基因表达变化谱,并依托非靶向代谢组学表征代谢动态变化。后续开展基因集富集分析与通路分析,以鉴定关键免疫通路与代谢通路。
