The data set and related documents were uploded as publication requirementof the journal F1000Research (F1000) This updated repository includes the anonymized interview metadata and participant categories, anonymized interview topic matrix, observation summary matrix, thematic coding framework, operational mileage data, emission calculation sheets underlying Tables 1 and 2, source data for figures, research permission summary, anonymization log, README file, and revised data availability and ethics/permission statements. The Excel workbook provides the same materials in a consolidated format, while the ZIP archive contains individual CSV and text files for reuse.
