Targeted proteomics study on oats avenin, vromoindoline and amylase trypsin inhibitors

LC-MRM-MS-based proteomics study was conducted to monitor the avenin, vromoindoline and amylase trypsin inhibitors across a range of Australian and a Swedish oats cultivars.
