Genetic sequences of isolated viruses

The data comprise sequences of isolated viruses, the Ngari virus from cattle, goats, and sheep and a novel 10-segment orbivirus named Kaptombes virus from cattle. Hantavirus was detected in shrews, and partial sequences of the L segment have been concluded. The sampled shrews were identified through sequencing of the cytochrome b and the partial sequences have been concluded.
