Emissions from stationary sources – INSPIRE

Owners/users of stationary sources, who have continuous emission measurement in place, shall ensure the continuous transmission of data via a computer network to the Agency. The dataset is available for download via ATOM service in ESRI shapefile file format in the official projection HTRS96/TM (EPSG:3765). The set is prepared in multiple compressed zip files. The data is divided by year. The number in the file name indicates the year of the data. Each part of the set or prepared file contains relevant measurement stations, measurement data for the annual period (hourly, half-hourly) and available reports (daily, two-day, monthly and annual). Spatial data of measuring stations are prepared in the format file, and attributes (data and reports) in the corresponding DBF files. Part of the dataset i.e. the prepared file in the current year is periodically updated, at the beginning of each month.已安装连续排放监测（continuous emission measurement）系统的固定污染源（stationary sources）所有者或使用者，应确保通过计算机网络将数据持续传输至主管机构。 本数据集可通过ATOM服务（ATOM）下载，采用ESRI形状文件（ESRI shapefile）格式，官方投影为HTRS96/横轴墨卡托投影（HTRS96/TM，EPSG:3765）。数据集以多个压缩ZIP包的形式提供，按年份进行划分，文件名中的数字即代表对应数据的所属年份。每个分卷文件均包含相关监测站点信息、年度时段内的监测数据（小时级、半小时级）以及可用报告（日度、两日度、月度及年度报告）。监测站点的空间数据存储于对应格式文件中，而属性数据（含监测数据与报告）则存储于配套的DBF文件（DBF）内。本数据集的一部分，也就是当年度制备的文件，将于每月月初进行周期性更新。
