Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Administrative Districts of Basin 2019 in Métropole

France comprises 12 basin districts or basin committees (7 in metropolis and 5 overseas). The administrative territory of each basin is based on communal division, by ministerial decree. The reference for administrative basin districts is derived from the aggregation (made by the Sandre) of the geometries of the municipalities belonging to the same electoral district. The geometries of the municipalities come from the database ADMIN EXPRESS COG 2019 edition of the IGN.法国共设有12个流域片区（basin districts）或流域委员会（basin committees），其中本土7个、海外5个。 各流域的行政辖区以市镇划分为基准，由部长级政令划定。 流域片区的行政参考基准，源自法国水信息服务系统（Sandre）对隶属于同一选举选区的市镇地理空间几何数据的聚合处理。市镇的地理空间几何数据则取自法国国家地理研究院（IGN）2019版ADMIN EXPRESS COG数据库。
