This repository contains the anonymized dataset supporting the study entitled "The Impact of HPV Positivity on Sexual Function, Anxiety, Psychological Distress, and Quality of Life: A Prospective Comparative Study." The dataset includes demographic variables, HPV status, smoking status, educational level, reproductive history, FSFI, DASS-21, BAI, and SF-36 questionnaire data. All direct identifiers have been removed to protect participant confidentiality.
