本数据集针对人、猫、1型人类疱疹病毒（HHV-1）及1型猫疱疹病毒（FHV-1）的外显子组开展精氨酸含量比较分析，同时涵盖上述样本的蛋白质精氨酸占比信息。表格内A、B、C、D列分别对应蛋白质名称、蛋白质氨基酸残基长度、蛋白质中精氨酸残基数量以及蛋白质精氨酸占比；所有数据集均按精氨酸占比进行排序。针对人类及1型猫疱疹病毒，结构蛋白将依据GenBank注释信息进行分类，对应E列。本数据集为XLSX格式，大小5460 kb。
