Certified perovskite device data for "A data review on certified perovskite solar cells efficiency and I-V metrics: insights into materials selection and process scaling up"

This is the certified perovskite efficiency and I-V data set that accompanies the review "A data review on certified perovskite solar cells efficiency and I-V metrics: insights into materials selection and process scaling up". The data set contains the collected 69 certified devices in a total of 63 publications in the public domain from 2013 to 2020. The data set contains only independently certified Pb-based perovskite solar cells summarizing their efficiency, relevant I-V metrics, manufacturing processes and materials used. The authors intend to updating the data set when more certified devices results are avilable.

本数据集为配套综述《经认证钙钛矿（perovskite）太阳能电池效率与电流-电压（I-V）指标数据综述：材料选择与工艺规模化洞察》的经认证钙钛矿效率与电流-电压（I-V）数据集。本数据集收录了2013年至2020年间公开领域63篇文献中共计69台经认证器件的相关数据。本数据集仅涵盖经独立认证的铅基钙钛矿太阳能电池，汇总了其效率、相关电流-电压（I-V）指标、制备工艺及所用材料信息。作者计划在获取更多经认证器件的相关结果后对本数据集进行更新。
