Dataset utilized in the academic research on the relationship between "Lying Flat" tendency and mental health

"Lying Flat" has become a new youth subculture phenomenon. We investigated the relationship between "Lying Flat" tendency and mental health using the cross-sectional (Study 1a) and longitudinal designs (Study 1b) as well as the intervention design (Study 2). Here we public the original data regarding this research to facilitate further academic exploration.

躺平（Lying Flat）已成为一种新兴青年亚文化现象。本研究采用横断面设计（Study 1a）、纵向设计（Study 1b）与干预设计（Study 2）三种研究范式，探究躺平倾向与心理健康之间的关联。本文公开本研究的原始数据，以助力后续学术探索。
