This study aimed at investigating the transciptional changes during transition. What is more, we could look for key metabolic genes regulating transitions. Overall design: We analyzed the transcriptome expression with perturbation by knockingout, overexpression of Cpt1a for identification of how Cpt1a impacts on PNT. Then we add HAT(A485) into the samples for investigating whether the PNT is susceptible to the H3K27ac originated from Cpt1a OE.
