Whole exome sequencing of murine lung cancer cell lines, LLC1 and ASB-XIV

T cells that target neoantigens, which are mutant proteins encoded by tumor-specific mutations in cancer cells, have a pivotal role in response to immunotherapy. In this study, immunogenicity and anti-tumor activity of in silico predicted neoepitopes of lung cancer cell lines, LLC1 and ASB-XIV, were evaluated in vitro and in vivo.
