We have used a single-cell sequencing approach to study the changes induced in the immune cells present in the tumor microenvironment of Lewis lung cancer (LLC) mouse tumors treated with a novel therapeutic strategy based on a dual inhibitor of G9a and DNMTs (CM272), a Bcl-XL inhibitor (A1331852) and anti-PD-1 (RMP1-14). Overall design: Single-cell RNAseq analysis of CD45+/CD11b-/Ly6G- cells sorted from Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) tumors treated with vehicle, CM2727 (dual inhibitor of G9a and DNMTs), RMP1-14 (anti-PD-1), and/or A1331852 (anti-Bcl-XL)
