The results of CAE modeling of thermal conductivity properties of porous materials based on TPMS Schwarz P, Neovius, Schoen IWP are presented. The data can be used for creating materials with pre-defined thermal conductivity characteristics. The parameter "a" represents the size of the cube in which one elementary cell is inscribed. The wall thickness characterizes the thickness of the solid layer limited by symmetrical equidistant surfaces from the original TPMS. The results are presented for porous materials with air inside the inter-pore space as well as for the structure in a vacuum (without considering air in the inter-pore space).

本数据集展示了基于三周期极小曲面(Triply Periodic Minimal Surfaces,TPMS)施瓦茨P型(Schwarz P)、内维乌斯型(Neovius)与舍恩IWP型(Schoen IWP)的多孔材料导热性能的计算机辅助工程(Computer Aided Engineering,CAE)建模结果。本数据集可用于制备具有预设导热特性的多孔材料。参数‘a’表示单个单元胞内接的立方体尺寸。壁厚参数表征了原始TPMS的对称等距曲面所限定的固体层厚度。本次建模结果涵盖了孔间孔隙填充空气的多孔材料,以及真空环境下(不考虑孔间孔隙内空气)的结构工况。
