Dual RNA-seq of A. thaliana leaves infected with ChWT (C. higginsianum) and Chatg8, respectively, were performed to detect the occurrence of any dynamic changes in the plant tissue, which would provide a broader understanding of the role of ChATG8 in host-pathogen interaction.
