Report on the use of budget funds of the SFS, in particular on separate budget programs

All forms of budget reporting include: name of establishment; the address; the period the presentation; organizational and legal form of management; code and name of departmental and program classification of expenditures and crediting of the state budget. Reporting forms are made in UAH with pennies. Form 2 contains information about: codes of economic classification of expenditures (KEKV); approved for the reporting year; approved for the reporting period (year); the remainder at the beginning of the reporting year; received funds for the reporting period (year); cash for the reporting period (year); actual for the reporting period (year); the remainder at the end of the reporting period (year). Form 4-1 contains information about: incomes, painted according to the classification codes of budget revenues; approved for the reporting year; the remainder at the beginning of the reporting year; the rest is listed; the remainder was received; accrued income for the reporting period (year); received funds for the reporting period (year); cash for the reporting period (year); actual for the reporting period (year); the remainder at the end of the reporting period (year).
