Drug Combination Extraction (DCE) dataset was jointly developed by researchers from institutions including the Allen Institute for AI and Carnegie Mellon University. It contains 1,634 expert-annotated scientific abstracts involving 2 to 15 different drugs. This dataset is primarily designed to extract efficacy-related information of drug combinations from scholarly literature, with special emphasis on the synergistic effects of such combinations.
