Predicting Cognitive Decline

These data were acquired with the overall goal of determining the regional
and longitudinal pattern of changes in the brain which best predict future
cognitive decline and dementia due to Alzheimer's disease (AD). The
data set includes longitudinal clinical evaluation, cognitive testing, and
neuroimaging assessments from a non-demented study population aged 65 and
up who complain of memory problems and show some indication of memory
and/or executive functioning below age/gender/education adjusted norm.

本数据集的采集核心目标为明确大脑变化的区域分布与纵向演变模式，该模式可最优预测阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease, AD）所致的未来认知衰退与痴呆风险。本数据集涵盖65岁及以上非痴呆研究人群的纵向临床评估、认知测试与神经影像评估数据；该研究人群主诉记忆障碍，且其记忆和/或执行功能表现低于经年龄、性别及教育水平校正后的正常参考范围。
