本数据集主要面向高动态低噪声微光图像传感器像素测试的需求建立,使用参数测试量子效率测试平台的暗箱提供暗场环境,量子效率测试平台的光源提供均匀光照,通过光功率计测量芯片所受不同波长的光照强度完成光谱响应范围、峰值量子效率的测试工作。得出对应结果数据量703.09MB。

This dataset was established primarily to fulfill the pixel testing needs of high-dynamic-range, low-noise low-light image sensors. The dark chamber of the quantum efficiency test platform for device parameter characterization provides a dark-field environment, while the light source of this platform generates uniform illumination. Tests for the spectral response range and peak quantum efficiency are conducted by measuring the light intensity at various wavelengths incident on the chip using an optical power meter. The total size of the resulting dataset is 703.09 MB.
