DevMap-CHD v2026.09.08

DevMap-CHD is a curated registry of genes reported or evaluated in resources for congenital heart defects. Release 2026.09.08 contains 662 genes with current HGNC identifiers. It represents 14 membership sets derived from six source groups: CHDgene, Griffin 2023, Sierant 2025, Dong 2025, GenCC records submitted by ClinGen, and ClinGen Dosage Sensitivity. The source group publication details are listed as Related Works in the Zenodo record. Individual publications or resources may contribute more than one membership set. Each set in the included tables retains its source citation, source location, relevant date or version, and expected gene count. HGNC identifiers are used as stable gene keys. Approved HGNC symbols and Ensembl gene identifiers are provided for all 662 genes. Historical or source symbols are retained where needed to document identifier normalization. The release provides a gene table, a table linking genes to source sets, a wide membership matrix, a source manifest, release metadata, and SHA 256 checksums. The source manifest records the provenance and definition of each membership set. DevMap-CHD is released under CC0 1.0 in the interest of making this dataset as widely available as possible. The original publications and databases retain their respective rights.
