LE01 XRCT raw projections, reconstructed volume, segmentation, and particle-analysis data

This dataset contains the LE01 XRCT raw projection images, the Avizo project containing the reconstructed and segmented volume, reconstruction metadata, and particle-analysis tables used in the quantitative 3D shape-preferred orientation workflow. The reconstructed volume has an isotropic voxel size of 0.03 mm. XRCT acquisition was completed on 11 March 2024; reconstruction, segmentation, and particle analysis were performed in April 2024. File contents are described in README.txt.
