2.数据处理:对采集到的数据按人员年龄汇总分类,排列清洗,对各个年龄段的领取用户数、发放总额、核销用户数、核销总额、和直接带动消费总额等进行汇总。计算使用率=核销用户数/领取用户数;核销率=核销总额/发放总额;直接撬动杠杆率=直接带动消费总额/核销总额;每个年龄段的使用率和总使用率的比值=使用率/总使用率;
每个年龄段的核销率和总核销率的比值=核销率/总核销率;每个年龄段的杠杆率和总杠杆率的比值=直接撬动杠杆率/总直接撬动杠杆率;消费指数=每个年龄段的使用率和总使用率的比值*每个年龄段的核销率和总核销率的比值*每个年龄段的杠杆率和总杠杆率的比值。消费指数从大到小进行排名

This dataset is developed by collecting order records related to the redemption of full-reduction consumption vouchers for new Shaoxing citizens. Through statistical analysis of the usage and redemption status of consumption vouchers across different age groups, we derive the consumption capacity of each age group, so as to optimize subsequent consumption voucher campaigns and improve the usage rate and redemption rate of such vouchers.
The consumption voucher program has established a regular cooperation mechanism with merchant platforms covering culture and tourism, education, sports and other sectors. We will optimize the channels of cooperative merchants based on the consumption index of each age group. For example, in view of the relatively low consumption index of the elderly groups, we will increase cooperative promotion with community vegetable markets, designated medical insurance pharmacies and other merchants; for young groups with relatively high consumption indexes, we will strengthen cooperation in fields such as fashion shopping and leisure entertainment, accurately distribute vouchers, enhance overall consumption activity, and further promote the prosperity of the consumer market.
1. Data Collection:
Relevant information including the distribution and redemption transaction data of consumption vouchers is collected via the consumption voucher campaign platform. The usernames for statistical purposes are derived from the real-name ID card information provided by the platform, and privacy information is anonymized. Users are classified into age groups based on their date of birth on the ID card. The order amount associated with consumption vouchers is counted as the directly driven consumption amount.
2. Data Processing:
The collected data is summarized, classified, sorted and cleaned according to user age. We compile statistics for each age group including the number of voucher recipients, total issued voucher amount, number of redeemed users, total redeemed amount, and total directly driven consumption amount. The following indicators are calculated:
- Usage Rate = Number of Redeemed Users / Number of Voucher Recipients
- Redemption Rate = Total Redeemed Amount / Total Issued Voucher Amount
- Direct Leverage Ratio = Total Directly Driven Consumption Amount / Total Redeemed Amount
- Age Group Usage Ratio = Usage Rate of the Target Age Group / Overall Usage Rate
- Age Group Redemption Ratio = Redemption Rate of the Target Age Group / Overall Redemption Rate
- Age Group Leverage Ratio = Direct Leverage Ratio of the Target Age Group / Overall Direct Leverage Ratio
- Consumption Index = Age Group Usage Ratio × Age Group Redemption Ratio × Age Group Leverage Ratio
Finally, all age groups are ranked in descending order based on their consumption indexes.
3. Data Application:
This dataset will be used for further decision-making analysis and operational support, helping to optimize the configuration of subsequent consumption voucher campaigns, improve the redemption rate of consumption vouchers, and promote economic development.
