This is the dataset and R code accompanying the data from: Flower visitors and nectar resources of calcareous grasslands are buffered against atmospheric nitrogen deposition Proesmans et al. (2026) Biodiversity and conservation All files in the dataset are accompanied by metadata files. The project contains following folders: data Contains all datafiles on insect, plant, landscape, nectar, each accompanied by its own metadata file. figures Raw figure output from the R project model_output Raw output (posterior samples) of the Stan model (run through brms). A priori empty as these posterior samples take up a lot of memory, but if you run the R code, you will automatically get the posterior samples (although running the models costs a few hours). Also contains a folder 'tables' containing clean png files of the output tables of all models. renv File used for version control of R libraries scripts All Rscripts used in the dataset. See "Scripts metadata.txt" for a description of all individual script files.
