Example of an AXO calibration standard acquired by raster scanning at the hard X-ray nanoprobe (I14 beamline) in X-ray fluorescence mode (backscatter). Both the raw data (i14-345617.nxs, plus the associated xxx.h5 files) and the XRF windowed data (i14-345617_xrf.nxs) are attached, with the following characteristics:
Energy = 12 keVSize = 10 x 10 umStep = 100 nm per pixelDwell time = 0.015 s per point
The reference concentrations and characteristics of the AXO standard are also included here, in a .pdf format.
