Single-cell protein-transcriptome atlas of haematopoiesis across the human lifespan

Utilising advanced techniques like scRNA-seq and CITE-seq, we profiled over 250,000 cells across various human developmental stages, revealing significant age-related variations and tissue-specific characteristics in haematopoiesis. This comprehensive atlas provides a valuable reference for understanding blood diseases and the intricate regulation of haematopoiesis. The experiments described herein were conducted in accordance with the protocols and methods outlined in a book chapter authored by Nicole Mende and Nicola K Wilson (Mende, N., Laurenti, E., Göttgens, B., & Wilson, N. K. 2022).
