Increased risk of vertebral fractures in patients with mild autonomous cortisol secretion

This is a database used for a retrospective observational study focused on patients diagnosed with adrenal incidentalomas. 

We recorded the available clinical and biochemical data (e.g cortisol levels after 1mg dexamethasone suppression test, ACTH levels, urine free cortisol) of all patients with adrenal incidentalomas with and without mild autonomous cortisol secretion referred to the participating centres from January 1997 to June 2013.
