Brownfield Covenants, State 28/04/2023

The Flemish Government wishes to encourage and facilitate the redevelopment of abandoned business parks (so-called brownfields) by concluding covenants with project promoters and investors. In doing so, the Flemish Government aims to encourage them to reuse brownfields rather than cutting greenfields for the development of industrial activities, housing or recreation.弗拉芒政府（Flemish Government）拟通过与项目发起方及投资者签订契约，鼓励并推进废弃商业园区（即所谓的棕地（brownfields））的再开发工作。此举旨在引导相关方优先复用棕地，而非为发展工业活动、建设住宅或休闲设施而开垦绿地（greenfields）。
