This dataset contains meteorological observation data collected at the Dalong Station, located in the upper reaches of the Heihe River Hydrometeorological Observation Network, spanning from August 11, 2013 to December 31, 2013. The station is situated in the Shalongtan area west of Qilian County, Qinghai Province, with its underlying surface being swamp meadow. The geographic coordinates of the observation point are 98.9406°E, 38.8399°N, and the elevation is 3739 m.
