B-Plan 1-018 Business School II (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 1-018 entered into force on 15.8.1966. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为1-018的开发规划于1966年8月15日正式生效。开发规划包含针对城市规划管控要求的法定约束性固化条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则明确了建设的选址、项目类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划应依托土地利用规划编制而成。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（OGC）的Web地图服务（WMS）与预定义ATOM服务获取。
