资源简介:
Selenium (Se) is an important trace element for growth of livestock and rumen bacteria. However, the Se effect on rumen eukaryotes community for goats remains less explored. Therefore, in this study, we conducted feed experiment with different Selenohomolanthionine (SeHLan) supplementation (control, low, medium and high Se concentrations) in diets and comprehensively described the rumen eukaryotic composition and diversity of Shaanbei white cashmere wether goats using 18S rRNA amplicon sequencing. The results suggest that with the dietary SeHLan addition level increasing, the relative abundance of rumen genera Entodinium, Ophryoscolex and Polyplastron gradually decreases, while the relative abundance of fungi gradually increases in general. Dietary supplementation with high level of SeHLan significantly increased the relative abundances of phylum Rotifera, genera Triticum and Akashiwo (P<0.05). In addition, species interaction network analysis revealed that the protozoa and fungi were negatively correlated with each other. The results of this study will provided newer information regarding the effect of selenium on rumen eukaryotic diversity.
