Phyogenomics and systematics of Braconidae (Hymenoptera)

This project contains data used in the study entitled:Phylogenomics of braconid wasps (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) sheds light on classification and the evolution of parasitoid life history traitsby Jovana Jasso-Martinez, Bernardo F. Santos et al. Data were generated through targeted enrichment of ultraconserved elements using a probe set targeting 2,590 loci conserved across Hymenoptera, followed by Illumina sequencing. The resulting UCE loci were used for phylogenetic inference in a dataset including over 400 species, with implications for braconid classification and the understanding of the evolution of host use in the family.
