WFS service of the urban development plan “In the upper mountain — In the lower mountain — Im Zeil — 1st change” of the municipality of Karlovy Vary, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.卡罗维发利（Karlovy Vary）市城市发展规划《上山——下山——Im Zeil——第一版修订》对应的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成了转换。
