资源简介:
Tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus (ToLCNDV) ssDNA plant begomovirus (Family geminiviridae) isolated from Potato in 2011 from Punjab province of Pakistan. For a long time our lab has been submitting virus sequences to ENA. But recently this virus sequence was rejected through the submission procedure we have been following for a long time. The email from ENA has been pasted below. It was instructed to follow this procedure. I hope it works. Please contact me if you need more information. ENA email Your ENA submission Hx2000050692 and Hx2000050693 Dear Colleague, We have received one or more virus genomes from you submitted via the Entry Upload option in Webin. We no longer accept complete virus genomes using this method of submission. Instead, such sequences should be submitted using our Assembly Pipeline. Your submission has been cancelled and we request that you re-submit your data using the Assembly Pipeline. Full instructions are given below Kind regards, ENA Curation Team INSTRUCTIONS Please login here: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/submit/sra/#home). Select the New Submission tab and then click on the ‘Submit assemblies’ option to start the process. Briefly, a genome assembly submission can be done in 4 steps: I) Study (project) registration II) Sample registration III) Uploading the corresponding files to your ENA Webin box. IV) Assembly definition Following the submission in Webin, the Study (defined in step I), the Sample (defined in step II) and the files (provided in step III) will be linked together according to the assembly definition (provided in step IV). You will receive an ANALYSIS_ID number (ERZXXXXXX) to identify your genome assembly submission for tracking purposes only (the ERZXXXXXX assembly submission identifier is not allowed in publications). The order and timing of the above steps can be rather flexible. The Study and the Sample registration can be saved and the submission process continued at any time. The only restriction is that the steps I, II and III must be completed before the step IV. For details about each of the steps, please follow carefully our website documentation (links below). If you face any problems please do not hesitate to contact us at datasubs@ebi.ac.uk We look forward to receiving your genome assembly.
