Studies of microbial diversity in groundwater contaminated by a pharmaceutical factory.

We isolated a Bacillus strain from the groundwater contaminated by a pharmaceutical factory for COD removal, cultured it, and injected it into the site for an in situ remediation experiment. This result helps understand the changes in microbial diversity in the groundwater over time after the addition of the bacterial agent.
