Multiple Sclerosis Imaging and Clinical Dataset (MSICD)

Multiple Sclerosis Imaging and Clinical Dataset (MSICD) This dataset contains brain MRI scans from multiple sclerosis (MS) patients collected across multiple centers in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It includes standardized T1, T2, and FLAIR sequences and is intended to support the development of deep learning and AI-based models for early MS diagnosis. All images have been preprocessed using Python, anonymized, and quality-checked based on signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast, and sharpness metrics. Ethics approvals were obtained from the Ministry of Health and local health directorates.
