Provision B25 of SDAGE 2022-2027: Protect the resources that feed the most endangered catchments.
The preservation of the quality of water intended for human consumption is a priority objective of the Water Framework Directive, laid down in Article 7.
In the Adour Garonne basin, there are approximately 5,300 drinking water intakes.
Of these catchments, about 300 are called “degraded”, i.e. they use a raw water resource that is permanently degraded by diffuse pollution (phytosanitary and nitrates).
Among these “degraded” catchments, we distinguish:
— The 95 ‘priority’ capture within the meaning of the SDAGE (collected in 76 catching fields) identified in SDAGE 2022 @-@ 2027 and on which pollution reduction action programmes must be implemented by the end of 2024;
— The other degraded catchments are referred to as 230 ‘sensitive’ catches (collected in 173 catching fields) identified as of the approval of SDAGE 2022 @-@ 2027. “Sensitive” and co-issued catchments of raw water and distributed water (104 abstractions) must be the subject of a programme to reduce diffuse pollution by 2027. Other “sensitive” abstractions (126 abstractions) must be initiated by 2027.
——95处符合SDAGE定义的“优先取水口”,分布于76处取水片区内,已纳入《2022-2027年SDAGE》规划范畴,相关污染削减行动方案须于2024年底前完成实施;
